Data we process

• Spine archives, conversion outputs, and technical logs needed to perform a requested conversion.
• Account identifiers and email addresses supplied through Supabase when account features are used. STROLS does not store account passwords.
• Credit ledger entries, Creem purchase identifiers, payment status, refunds, and disputes. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by STROLS.
• A keyed, pseudonymous network identifier for abuse prevention, plus limited product events and operational metrics.

Purpose and retention

We process data to provide conversions, secure the service, maintain accounts and credits, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet operational obligations. Completed or failed job files are normally retained for 24 hours; queued jobs expire after 6 hours. Limited product events are retained for 90 days. Account, credit, and purchase records may be retained while needed to provide the service and maintain transaction integrity.

Service providers

Depending on enabled features, data may be processed by Cloudflare for delivery and security, Supabase for authentication, Creem for checkout and payment events, and infrastructure providers used to host the service.

Your choices

Do not upload material you are not authorized to process. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account-related information. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary.

Security and changes

We use access controls and data minimization appropriate to this Beta service, but no online system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Material policy changes will be published on this page.
